  • The Aspen is a spacious 3,875 square feet Ballroom that can accommodate up to 325 theatre, 250 reception, 175 classroom, or 250 dining.
  • The Aspen conveniently divides into three equal rooms, the Spruce, Pinon, and Fir. 
  • The Pine room with 1,350 square feet is adjacent to the Cottonwood and perfect for U-shape up to 40, classroom for 30, or reception for 80.
  • The Cottonwood is the perfect setting for breakfasts, lunch, dinners and reception for up to 50 people. However open the French doors to the Lobby Lounge and you’ve just created an expansive reception venue for 120 guests.
  • Red Room located in the Peoria Grill for groups of 5-30 people.
  • (4) Conference Suites each with private patio or balcony, full kitchen, and private bath perfect for groups of up to 12 people
